What is SUFALAM?

• It is a forum in which  different innovations, collaborations and advanced technologies in different facets of Food Processing are discussed and steps are taken to use them as the key drivers for transforming Start-ups in the food processing domain to established food businesses. 
• The event witnessed participation from over 250 stakeholders, consisting of start-ups, senior executives from Food Processing companies, MSMEs, financial institutions, venture capitalists, and academia. 
• Different sessions were conducted on topics like Food regulations, Schemes of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority(APEDA), initiatives under Startup India scheme  and business & financial modelling for startups.
