The book Are You Fully Charged by Tom Rath suggests some tips that can be followed, in order to make yourself fully charged with positivity and energy.
- Find happiness through meaning
It is impossible to be happy without finding meaning for your life. We must understand that external motivations like money and success do not have the full potential to make you happy. The surveys show that the satisfaction of people is only up to 9% even when their salaries are doubly increased. It is the internal motivation that has the ability to make us more happy by helping us to find meaning in our life. Now think of any job. All jobs are meant to help, serve and develop people. It is not necessary that you should be the head of a company or an institution to make a change in society. All of us can find meaning amidst any situation that we are in. It is this meaning that will charge you with positivity. If you can use your talents for other people, that too will increase your strength. Remember that only you can create meaning for your life.

- Have some exercises to stay fit
These days, most of the people are engaged in sitting for long periods at their job. This will have some serious health issues in the future. Therefore it is necessary to have some physical exercises or workouts every day. It is found that exercising for at least 20 minutes will help you in improving your mood and make you energetic .If you cannot spend time exercising, stretch your arms and legs occasionally at your desk. - Do not compromise on your sleep
Many people compromise on their sleeping hours and try to invest that time for other activities. This will not help you in any way. Sufficient sleep for an adult is at least 8 hours, which is required to stay healthy. This will improve your energy level and productivity. It is proven that the usage of digital devices before sleeping will impact the sleep quality. So it is always recommended to put your devices away at least one hour before sleep.
